It seems to me that a fair amount of popular flash movies and games have made the top 50. While there are some entries that everyone agrees with such as "Waterlollies", there is also some debate created by those who disagree over other kinds of submissions.

As for me, I don't consider many flashes to be overrated, except for maybe flashes by IllWillPress. So the question remains, what is overrated?
